Introduction
The topic of my study is' the wise
use of web resources, role of teacher conscientizing child abuse, the misuse of
internet, and morphing. This is one of the most discussing subject in our
present generation. The misuse of internet has crossed the normal limit. Child
abuse, morphing, etc. are the important crime that can be seen in the midst of
our generation. Violence against children and young people through the Internet
and modern technologies is a growing phenomenon that will continue to
affect more children and young people across the world if no prevention and
protection measures are put in place. Now a days the growth of internet has
also made existing methods of child exploration more convenient for offenders, providing
them with technologies that facilitates their crime against children. The
teachers explain to the students all the good point about the internet. Then he
or she makes them aware of the harm the internet can do. They are then made
aware of their ability to avoid the harm. This topic of study is all about the
role of teacher in between the students and the use of internet. The first
section begins with wise use of web resources. Next section is Role
of teacher conscientious about the child abuse. The other two sections are
misuse of internet and morphing.
·
Wise use of web resources
The world wide web into a global communication tool, a
worldwide network of computer networks comprised over a million computer
systems. These computers and networks communicate with each other according to
certain rules or protocols. Internet Protocol (IP) and Transmission Control
Protocol (TCP) are the most frequently used rules. Now, the internet has more
than 30 million users. This member grows in increasing day by day.
New technologies such as
the internet, although very valuable, can put children at the risk of
exploitation and harm. The internet can give children at risk of exploitation
and harm. The internet can give people who interested in abusing or exploiting
children a new medium to network, share information and fantasies and explore
new identities.
·
Role of teacher conscientizing about the child abuse
Teacher explains to the student all the
good points about the internet. Then he makes them aware of the harm that
internet can do. They are then made aware of their ability to avoid the harm.
For this they are advice to do the following;
1.
They should not
meet or chat with strangers until and unless their innocence is proved by their
teachers or parents.
2.
They should not
spend too much time with the computer. Internet will supplement teacher, it
will nit supplant teacher
3.
As far as
possible they should not go to the computer room alone to make use of the
internet. If they are alone, the privacy may be misused by the strangers.
4.
Students should
not post photo without consulting their parents or teachers. They should not
download images that are against modesty and decency.
5. They must be
taught that relevant clauses of cyber laws that prevent the use of sexual
materials in the internet and the punishment for violating these rules.
6 ..
Teachers should
take care to fit the computers students use with software to filter out inappropriate
materials.
·
Misuse of internet
The internet plays a great role in
studying you cannot access JSTOR offline. Students conduct most/all of their
research for school projects on the internet. The internet is hoarded with
websites that aide in examination/text preparation.
Men can usually not make friends unless
they get drunk and watch sports at bar/pubs. Boys can’t keep friends unless
they go to porn sites and play some kind of sport.
Women/girl need to read sweet valley
high equivalent; watch romantic comedies or TV shows/sitcoms on family or high
school in interest with other girls effectively. However, there are no solid
rules for women/girl; because girl tend to have small intact friendship based
on unique interest; where men/boys socialize in throngs.
Friends are necessary for healthy
development; to cutting children/teenagers off from the only means they have to
strike friendships will make their grades suffer even worse than an addiction
to these things does.

Morphing
through seamless traction. Most often it is used to depict one person turning
into another through
technological means. It’s an activity of technological excellence and used to depict scenes in
motion
pictures which are impossible in real life. But for these involved in
cyber crimes, morphing can be
used for malicious purpose. For example, the face
from the picture of a well known person can be
cut and pasted to any other
person’s picture and get published in the internet.
Conclusion
After the discussion of my topic; it is clear that there are
two aspects of consciention. First the learner achieves a deepening awareness
of the socio-cultural reality which influences their life. Secondly, they
achieve a deepening awareness of their capacity to transform that reality. In
both these aspect, the role of the teacher is significant. First, he must make
the students aware of the socio-cultural evil that the internet can perpetuate,
if care is not taken initiative to organize meetings, discussions and seminars
for parents under the auspicious of PTA of the school. Thus, make them know
both the good and aspects of the Internet. After ensuring the cooperation of
the parents in helping the students to get only the good from Internet
conscientisation of the student begins.

TWO FACTOR THEORY
The two-factor theory (also known as Heisenberg's motivation-hygiene theory and dual-factor theory) states that there are certain factors in the workplace that cause job satisfaction, while a separate set of factors cause dissatisfaction. It was developed by psychologist Frederick Heisenberg, who theorized that job satisfaction and job dissatisfaction act independently of each other
According to Herzberg, hygiene factors are what causes dissatisfaction among employees in the workplace. In order to remove dissatisfaction in a work environment, these hygiene factors must be eliminated. There are several ways that this can be done but some of the most important ways to decrease dissatisfaction would be to pay reasonable wages, ensure employees job security, and to create a positive culture in the workplace. Herzberg considered the following hygiene factors from highest to lowest importance

LISTENING,SPEAKING,READING,AND WRITING
Teaching of English language while ensuring focus on all these four skills provides a platform for the learners to hone their proficiency in this language well. An ideal programme for teaching-learning of English as a second language would involve content for all the above mentioned four skills. Yet, it is observed that somehow the reading and writing skills are given more importance over the other two skills.
Ideally, listening and speaking should take prominence over reading and writing when any language is being learnt. The benefits of naturally acquiring language can be enhanced phenomenally when the opportunity to listen to and speak in the target language is accelerated.
Content designed specifically for providing ample teaching material is important for this purpose. Digital language learning labs with audio based content allow the learners to listen to authentic and appropriate sounds of the target language, in this case English. This helps them with listening to the right pronunciation of words and with ample access to audio based passages and articles.
This intensive listening ultimately helps the learners to pick up the exact pronunciation of words. Listening to a lot of audio based articles also allows the learners to understand the spoken language even when the pace of speech, accent or tone varies. This proves beneficial for them in the real world, where the control over such factors is minimal.
Good digital language labs like the language lab, also allow the learners with practice on intonation and voice modulation, vital to good communication skills.

These and other paralinguistic attributes like voice quality, volume and tone, articulation and pronunciation, offered by digital language labs enable the learners to improve their speaking skills and thus express fluently in English.
Reading and writing are skills normally addressed amply in a regular and an average classroom scenario. Yet, when taught with a teaching-learning emphasis on inferring the meaning of the context, it actually coaches the learners to deduce meaning of any unseen text they may face in future whether it be in audio or in the written form. Skimming texts and reading and understanding of textual materials could be introduced in the classroom to acquire effective reading skills.
Writing skills may be improved through giving exercises on composition and creative writing. Learners should be encouraged to arrange their thoughts on a giving topic or composition. The importance of sequencing their thought groups should be shown to them to bring cohesiveness and coherence in their writing.
With these four skills addressed equally while learning English, the learners can be assured of having good communication skills, a very great necessity in today’s competitive world.

IMPORTANCE OF TECHNOLOGY IN EDUCATION
Technology has become ever present in different aspects of our lives, but most increasingly in our education system and for the student in these schools. This can be seen by the increased amount of technology that each student posses – from smart phones, to i Pods, and i Pads. As well as the increased amount of technology in the classrooms themselves – from smart-boards to computer labs and online classes. While some of this increased technology can have disadvantages like cyber bulling, sexting, and plagiarism, the advantages technology has in the education system greatly out ways these. Evolving technology in schools helps disabled kids attend school with minimal aid, helps prepare students for using technology in the real world, and helps expand the students’ ability to obtain more knowledge about the world.
The new advances in technology have helped students with both physical and mental disabilities be able to attend school easier. New innovations in wheelchairs have allowed students with physical disabilities to participate in sports with their fellow students. Wheelchairs have been created so students can partake in track and field and other sports like basketball. Casey Followay of Wooster, Ohio, is an example of a student using a racing wheelchair that also him to race in his high schools track team. As well as wheelchairs, new speaking devices, like the electronic pointing device and sip and puff system, have been invited to allow students with speaking and physical impairments to be able to communicate. The electronic pointing device allows the student to control the curse on a computer screen without the use of their hands. The sip and puff system is activated instead by inhaling or exhaling. Theses devices can be used in conjecture with a computer program that speaks out commands, comments or words, allowing the participant to speak and communicate with other students and teachers. Furthermore, cochlear implants permit students who are profoundly deaf or severely hard of hearing to partake in school discussions and classes. The device and the microphone the teacher wears allow the student to hear and understand speech better, making it possible for them be more independent in school and classes. All these devices allow students to be able to have greater interaction with their teachers and fellow classmates.
